These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TidyApply, LLC ("TidyApply," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TidyApply. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
TidyApply is a web-based job search organization platform that helps users track job applications, manage networking contacts, and maintain focus through a built-in Pomodoro timer. The Service is accessible at app.tidyapply.app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use TidyApply, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:
You may not create more than one account per person. You may not transfer your account to another person.
TidyApply offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize TidyApply to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All charges are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
TidyApply offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. All plans are subject to the usage limits described below. Limits exist to ensure a reliable, sustainable service for all users.

Pro subscribers may purchase add-on capacity packs to extend their limits. Packs are billed as an additional monthly charge on top of the base Pro subscription.

Add-on packs are stackable up to 3 of each type per account. A Pro subscriber with 3 Apps Packs may store up to 1,000 total applications (250 base + 750 from packs). Packs are billed monthly and cancel with your Pro subscription.
If you reach a limit, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on. Existing data is never deleted when you hit a limit — you simply cannot add new records until you upgrade, purchase a pack, or remove existing records.

You agree to use TidyApply only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You own your data. All job search data you enter into TidyApply — applications, contacts, notes, and any other content — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
By using the Service, you grant TidyApply a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. TidyApply is a personal organization tool and the information you store is for your own use only.
You can export your data at any time and delete your account and all associated data from the Account page within the app.
TidyApply, its logo, wordmark, design, and all software, features, and content created by TidyApply are the exclusive property of TidyApply, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of TidyApply without our express written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by TidyApply without obligation or compensation to you.
TidyApply is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
TidyApply is a job search organization tool. We make no representations or warranties about employment outcomes. Using TidyApply does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or placements.
We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TidyApply, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of TidyApply shall not exceed the amount you paid to TidyApply in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Account page within the app. All your data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless prohibited by law or where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 (your data), 8 (intellectual property), 9 (disclaimers), 10 (limitation of liability), and 12 (governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which TidyApply, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of TidyApply after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
